The Golden ticket gives all customers who are quick enough the chance to get 20% off any store item. But these tickets are limited so once they are used, they are gone. This offer only applies to store items and not items that require custom work. It also does not apply to shipping rates.
The first Golden ticket day is Saturday 12th September, starting at 1 minute pas midnight uk time and lasts for either 5 tickets or the duration of the day (which never happens!). The next Golden ticket day after that is Saturday 26th September 2026.
